Withdrawal Policy

Bonus Rules Summary

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers on jay77 unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be credited retroactively.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• jay77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, provided that bets already placed under the promotion's terms are honoured.
• A bonus may only be used once per player per qualifying event unless explicitly stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in all accounts being permanently suspended.

jay77 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Where abuse is identified, affected winnings will be voided and the account may be permanently restricted without prior warning.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

jay77 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and transparent gaming environment for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a game, sport, or wager.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended platform errors to gain funds or winnings beyond what the relevant game logic would ordinarily award.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or illegal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players or jay77 staff through any communication channel including in-platform chat.

Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jay77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and multimedia content — is the exclusive property of jay77 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
